UCSD - Introduction to the Unix Shell and R (2021)
Introduction:
This hands-on workshop will cover basic concepts and tools, including Unix shell commands, filesystem navigation, common R functions, and manipulating tabular data. Participants will be encouraged to help one another and to apply what they have learned to their own research problems. See the workshop website for more details and schedule.
